Double face decals, what are they and how are they made?
The term decal is an abbreviated version of the word decal. A transfer was a decorative technique where artists engraved pictures and prints, could be transferred to ceramic, decorate the stoneware.

There are 3 (three) types of stickers, which initially referred to as face-up Decal (printing industry jargon), also known as the back side sticker with adhesive for mounting outside the window. The second as a covert decal (printing industry jargon) also known as a single face Decals with face adhesive for inside window mounting. The third type is the double face decals.
The first 2 (two) types Decal Screen printing is a kind of pressure, the last fade in extreme environments and resist the sun. The 1st is the white vinyl decal or face-up position can be observed in many Windows, doors, cabinets, notebooks, bumpers are used. The 2nd is the clear polyester is used to make a decal with adhesive on the face, so that if the label is applied to the inside of the window or a graphic image is visible from outside the window.
The 3rd is the double-sided decals is really a combination of the two (2) above, now with the white vinyl and clear as a printed polyester.
Until the mid-1980s double-sided decals, printed out, using only a clear polyester product. The double-sided decals from this period were basically a collection of ink on one side the clear polyester. The double-sided decal has two pictures that you want the sticky side of the material and the second Image was on the 1st image is perceived pressure. Lead in 1979-1980 as part of screen printing ink was removed by order of the Federal Government had again screen printing ink formulated without lead. The screen printer uses this white vinyl barrier film and printed on white vinyl, as if they produce white vinyl decals. Then the printer prints on clear polyester second Image as a mirror image and then the printer laminates of clear polyester on the adhesive side of the barrier film, now you have two faces, that's right.
Double face decals have presented a much cleaner on a window, because if used a vinyl sticker or clear polyester decal and glued to the window of a shop or a house each of these a large white box, inside facing of the store or have at home is.
